I hate my desk - Desk Shopping v.11.0

Let's start at the beginning about this desk. I have probably had 10 desks of my own in my adult life. I loved all of them at the beginning and then eventually they stopped working for me. This one is a big armoire. What I like about it:

It has a keyboard tray
It has holes in the back for cords
It has some cool cubbies on the side of the armoire doors which allow for cute baskets to put stuff in and exactly fit this cool CD spinner rack which I use for some music CDs and some program CDs.
The "wood" precisely matches my entertainment center which is in the same large room. They are the same brand and the hardware matches too.

Here's what I hate about:
Particle board. It's excruciatingly heavy and the hardware doesn't support it very well. The hinges sag and the compartment for my desktop tower has broken through the weird plastic "bolts" twice.
No writing space. I actually keep a folding table behind me and use that when I need to write something.
No drawers. Well, one drawer, a file drawer. Nothing for pencils, stamps, notepads, stapler, tape, bills, scissors, gum, CD-Rs, DVD-Rs, coupons... well you get the idea.
Unless you put everything "away" (and where will you do that without drawers?) You can't close it. So it is always open, and mine is always overflowing with papers and other desk stuff which looks so messy. I can't figure out how to neaten it up after 4 years with it so it is time to look again.

So I have been looking.

I like this Legare desk because it looks so easy to put together. I don't want a blue one - and it is clearly a kid size... but I love the lines on it and it seems very clean to me.

I like this desk but I don't think it will be much of an improvement over what I have now... if I can't keep it tidy with doors I don't think I should try it without them.

Now check out this funky thing... I just got way out of my current price range here but I love the look of this... I have a hunch I would stack things on those little side shelves though...

Wait, hold the phone, who knew Kathy Ireland made desks? I thought she just made workout tapes that sit on my shelf and make me feel guilty!??!?

Then there's this:

This is more like what I was looking for... it comes in black, lots of drawers, lots of writing space... keyboard tray... and costs $127 to ship!
Ok enough shopping for now. If you have a desk you think would be right for me, please post it!
